Do you have a store?
No. We are an online store so do not have a physical shop front, sorry :(
Am I able to pick up my order?
Only if you live in Brisbane, Australia or Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Orders can be picked up from Karalee or Havelock North if prior arrangements are made before you place your order. If you would like to do this, please get in touch and we will send you a discount coupon code to waive the shipping fee.
Can I change an item in my order?
Possibly. Please get in touch to see if we have already packaged / shipped your order. If not, we can make arrangements for your order to be changed.
Are all of your items in stock?
Yes, unless the item/s that you are after require personalisation (eg personalised badges and magnets) or are marked 'sold out'. All other items are located in our Karalee and Havelock North offices so are ready to be shipped.
If on the rare occasion we notice a product is sold out after you have placed an order, we will contact you. You will be able to: 1. wait until new stock arrives, 2. change to an alternative, similarly priced product, or 3. receive a refund.
What currency is your prices shown in?
All prices (including New Zealand orders) are in Australian dollars and include GST.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by AfterPay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Direct Debit. Once you place an order through our shopping cart, you will be prompted to pay for your items via one of these methods.
Please note that for payment via direct debit, we will hold the products in your order for a period of four (4) business days to allow your payment to be processed. If your payment has not been received after four (4) business days, your order will be forfeited and the product/s made available to others for purchase.
How do I know my transactions are secure?
We use AfterPay, PayPal and Shopify's secure payment gateways to process all of our AfterPay, PayPal, debit and credit card transactions. For more information an how AfterPay, PayPal or Shopify ensure your transactions are secure, please visit their respective websites.
